Five Fun (Free) Personal Behavior Assessments #5

Five Fun (Free) Personal Behavior Assessments #5

5.    Personality Inventory
This is by far the heaviest of all the assessments on our list, but it’s also one of the most thorough. Conducted by Northwestern University’s Department of Psychology, the test gathers basic demographic information and asks you to answer 76 questions, some of which are reminiscent of your SAT. Its results are also based on the big-five personality traits, but are more descriptive than any other assessment we’ve suggested.

So whether you’re in the office checking off that 80 percent task list this December or home with your family, take some time to get focused on your goals and how your natural behavior can help you achieve them. And feel free to share your AHAs or any other assessments you’ve found useful.
